Delivery terms and conditions

• In this advertisement type it is mandatory to use Sanoma’s preferred rich-media partners: Adform, TECH53 (Sizmek Benelux) or Weborama.
• In this advertisement type the publisher-paid rules apply.
• Please note, in addition it is only Publisher Paid if it concerns Rich Media that is Guaranteed or Fixed and is hosted by one of our preferred Rich Media Vendors.
• Should the required template for creation not be available, please get in touch with the Adoperations department of Sanoma via adops.nl@sanoma.com or 088 5569 540.
• The material must be delivered to a preferred rich-media partner of Sanoma, stating the reference number on the quotation (e.g. 100012345), the name of the client and the name of the campaign.
• The material must be delivered to the Adoperations department of Sanoma via adops.nl@sanoma.com by a preferred rich-media partner, at least three working days before going live.
• For all advertisements in the Sanoma network, it must be clear to the visitor that it is an advertisement.

Behavioural conditions

• The advertisement may not impose a processing load of more than 40% on a user’s computer.
• The advertisement may not slow down or freeze a smartphone or tablet.
• The advertisement may not slow down or crash a user’s app or mobile browser.
• No 100% transparent background (max. 50%).
• Animation is limited to a maximum of 15 seconds.
• Please take account of the fact that many visitors use the resolution 1280 x 1024. Please ensure that logos and CTAs are visible within this area.
• The duration of any video is maximum 15 seconds.
• The video may play automatically, except on mobile devices.
• By default a video’s audio is off when served, and can be activated by clicking. On mobile devices the audio can be on by default, and can be deactivated with a click.
• Clear Play, Pause and/or Stop buttons must be present.

For this product, a Large or Medium rectangle can also be deliverd. This position will not be made available in case a rectangle is not delivered.
